Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

AquiaLibria will do our best to ensure your orders are shipped out to you by the soonest delivery channel. 

All our products are shipped and delivered by well-known companies across the United States such as UPS, DHL and USPS.

All orders are subject to acceptance by the AquiaLibria team. This means that our team reserves the right to reject any order received. In the case of order rejection, you will be notified, and our team will refund payments in full.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 5 days using the above-mentioned shipping carriers. 

We do not ship outside of the USA.  

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We currently do not offer international shipping outside of the USA. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original

condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible

at Support@AquaLibriaDB.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We

address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory
