Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, untampered with, and in its original packaging.

After your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address. Note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the items. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted, and a refund will not be issued.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.

Personal care items (e.g., beauty and skin care products) cannot be returned for a refund if they have been used or tampered with. We may request photographs of damaged items or packaging for evaluation. Contact us with any questions or concerns about your specific item. Note that sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

Due to limited product availability, we do not accept exchanges at this time. Please ensure your order is correct before submitting your purchase.

Order Cancellation

We honor order cancellations up to 24 hours after the order has been submitted. To cancel an order, contact us at Support@AquaLibriaDB.com or use the “Contact Us” section of our website. Cancellations requested after the item has been shipped will be subject to our Returns and Refund Policy.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
